A lot of time and effort goes into organising an event and by working with you closely we determine what you need. Whether you are an exhibition organiser, exhibitor or stand builder, we can provide a complete exhibition service to take the worry out of managing the event logistics. The process we use of combining smaller deliveries into larger vehicles dramatically reduces traffic during build-up and break-down periods (one truckload can equal fifteen van and car loads), making life much simpler for traffic and security operations on site.
We often give our customers our drivers‘ mobile telephone numbers so that they can stay in touch throughout what can be a very pressured time in the run up to a show opening. They then know where their load is, what time it will arrive and can inform our drivers of any last minute changes at the venue.
We can handle any type of product – from widgets to wedding dresses – and adapt our transport to ensure it arrives in the best possible condition. Our vehicles are fitted with hanging garment rails to ensure your garments get to the exhibition in exactly the same condition they left you.
If specialist transport is needed, we can cater for that too. Our vehicles all come with tail-lifts for easy unloading and reloading at the exhibition venue – important when many businesses are trying to unload at the same time. We can also provide a fork-lift truck and driver if required.
Whether you need your goods in place on an exhibition stand or whether you need furniture and delegate packs for a conference, we will make sure they arrive punctually.
